About Your Coach
Reilee Berger, Early Adulthood Coach
From an early age I knew I wanted to help people succeed, and I began fostering those skills while in school. I tutored university students across multiple subjects including business, economics, and statistics during undergrad. I was also a volunteer youth soccer coach, and loved teaching kids how to work hard and have fun.
I started my professional career as a management consultant, helping Fortune 500 companies make decisions and improve operations. However, my interests shifted towards working with individuals, which led me to being an Agile coach. I currently work for a large financial institution, coaching teams and individuals on how to get the most out of their time at work.
This private coaching practice is an accumulation of all I have learned in early adulthood and throughout my career. I have gained countless professional and life lessons that I am so excited to share with those who are just starting their early career journeys.
When I am not working, I am an avid outdoor sports enthusiast and nature lover. I also volunteer for Big Brothers Big Sisters, mentoring boys in the Dallas area. I enjoy life with my wife, our dog Noodles, and our friends and family near and far.
