Who is coaching for?
My coaching is for men who understand the value of trusted guidance, accountability, and an unbiased listener. You may be struggling with a particular challenge in life, or maybe you have big dreams and want someone to help you achieve them. The truth is that everyone can benefit from coaching.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is results driven - I help you accomplish your goals by giving you direct and honest feedback, and laying out a plan of action.
Therapy is a medical practice which involves the treatment of mental disorders. They are both extremely valuable and while similar, coaching is not a medical practice.

What types of coaching do you offer?
My coaching all takes place virtually over video call. I offer coaching on all aspects of your wellbeing, with a primary focus on:
- Friendships and romantic relationships
- Anxiety, stress, and community building
- Workplace and career help
- Fitness and diet
- Personal finance
-
How long before I see results?
You will start to see results after your first session by applying what we discuss into action. The number of sessions needed to achieve your goals depends on the number and magnitude of your challenges. I recommend starting with 4 sessions to measure progress, and then reevaluating based on your goals.

Will you coach women or couples?
My expertise and familiarity is with coaching men. However, I am happy to discuss coaching women and couples in a free consultation to learn if my services are right for you.
-
Do you accept health insurance?
No. Coaches are not eligible or in network with insurance providers because we are not medical practitioners. However, I do offer affordable pricing with discounts for booking multiple sessions.
